Of course nowadays almost everything is regulated by laws and contracts, but even in this increasingly controlled and digitized world, or perhaps because of it, traditional values are very important to us. Humanity, honesty, loyalty. Everyone who works with us, whether employee, customer, supplier or neighbour, can rely on us to be respectful in our dealings and to keep to our word – whether we give it in writing or verbally.
If one thing is certain in life, it must be that everything changes. In order to meet ever-higher demands, we always strive to be up-to-date in all areas. This could be the necessary technology for our vehicle fleet and administration, but could also be our company culture and interpersonal skills. Only someone who is able to adjust to changes will be successful in the long term.
To be sustainably profitable requires continuous reflection on and questioning of the internal processes of a company. We don’t believe that it is sensible to compromise on the salaries of our employees, but rather we look for ways to simplify our working processes and in so doing to become more effective and to conserve our resources.
